Sales Agreement: Boxer Puppy
On the _______________ day of ________________, 20_______MoGlow Boxers, Lucy Moreno(herein after referred to as the seller)agrees to sell to _____________________ (Herein after referred to as the buyer) the Boxer puppy identified below (herein after referred to as the puppy or said puppy) for the price of $_______________. A deposit of $______________($200 minimum) is hereby made and the cash balance is due to the seller before the puppy is placed in the buyer's possession. Registration papers will also be held until balance is paid in full. The buyer understands that once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Buyer will forfeit deposit and said puppy may then be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date: being__________________________(if buyer needs additional time to pick up his/her puppy, seller must be notified at the signing of this contract and no boarding charge will be added). If said puppy is to be held any longer than the agreed amount of time (with consent of the seller) a $10.00 boarding charge will be added daily for the first week. If said puppy is to held any longer than one week boarding price will increase to $15.00 daily until said puppy is picked up (all puppies must be picked up at or by nine weeks of age, no exceptions). Seller will not attempt to contact buyer if said puppy is not picked up on time. All puppies will be re-sold within 24hrs of pick-up date unless seller is notified by buyer to hold said puppy.

Both parties hereby agree that the following conditions will be met and that no other warranties or conditions are expressed or implied.
Terms of Agreement:
1. Said puppy is guaranteed to be a purebred Boxer. Registration papers will either be given with the puppy or will be transferred to the buyer immediately upon their receipt from the AKC.
2. It is understood that at the time of selling this puppy is not guaranteed to be show or breeding quality, but is a representative of its breed and is structurally and temperamentally suited to be a companion and/or obedience dog.
3. It is understood that the Buyer is completely responsible for the health and well being of this puppy and hereby agrees to follow basic health requirements to maintain the proper care of said puppy.
4. Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available (and all canine illnesses are not covered by vaccinations), we recommend that all MoGlow dogs be kept on "Nu-Vet Plus-Canine" . This nutritional supplement is only available through breeder recommendations. You will be instructed concerning this when you pick up your puppy.
5. Health Guarantee: said puppy has been carefully reared by us. The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good, healthy puppies. MoGlow Boxers guarantees this dog to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of the sale. At the expense of the buyer, a licensed veterinarian should examine this puppy within 3 days of possession. Should this puppy be found seriously ill, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, this puppy may upon written diagnosis from a veterinarian be returned to MoGlow Boxers for a replacement puppy of equal value. This may only occur once the seller has had the option to obtain a secondary opinion from a licensed veterinarian at the seller's own expense. If replacement puppy is of greater value the buyer will pay the difference. Replacement puppy will be given to buyer as soon as one becomes available. If by chance the buyer does not find a suitable replacement from the next litter than they have the option to wait for another litter. There will be no cash refunds and the deadline for exchange will be ______________________________. This guarantee does not include Type I or II heart murmurs, demodectic mange, undescended testicles, kennel cough, coccidia, giardia, heartworms, or any other parasitic agent.
6. The buyer agrees to notify the seller if the buyer is no longer able to care for the puppy and a new home must be found for the puppy. The buyer must notify the breeder and the breeder will have first choice to either take the puppy back or assist in finding the puppy a suitable home. This contract and the dog's AKC registration papers must be surrendered at the time along with any veterinarian records. Under no circumstances may the puppy be transferred to an individual known to mistreat animals, a Pound, Humane Society, Animal Shelter, Pet Store, Rescue Organization, or any individual associated with a puppy mill, or released into society without a permanent home.
9. If your puppy has to undergo surgery of any kind, including ear crop, it is to never have Acepromazine administered to it. This anesthesia is known to cause death in Boxers. Please be aware of this when taking your dog to the veterinarian.
Buyer releases MoGlow Boxers (Lucy Moreno) from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of property and/or physical damages to any person or group of people.
This contract is made in duplicate: the seller and buyer each to receive a copy.
